1. About BeeExpress

BeeExpress is an online dropshipping marketplace that connects customers in Iraq with products sourced from international suppliers. We provide a platform for browsing, ordering, and delivering products to your doorstep.

2. Eligibility

By using BeeExpress, you confirm that:

1. You are at least 18 years old
2. You are located in Iraq or placing an order for delivery within Iraq
3. The information you provide is accurate and complete

3. Account Registration

1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
2. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
3. Notify us immediately at support@bex-iq.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Orders & Pricing

1. All prices are displayed in Iraqi Dinar (IQD) and are subject to change without notice
2. Placing an order means you agree to purchase the item at the listed price
3. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud
4. Order confirmation does not guarantee availability — you will be notified if an item becomes unavailable

5. Shipping & Delivery

1. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location within Iraq
2. BeeExpress is not responsible for delays caused by customs, logistics partners, or circumstances beyond our control
3. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery
4. Ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate — we are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information

6. Returns & Refunds

1. You may request a return or refund within 2 days of receiving your order
2. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
3. Refunds will be processed after the returned item is inspected and approved
4. Some items may not be eligible for return (e.g., personal care products, items marked as non-returnable)
5. Refund processing time may take up to 14 business days

7. Product Descriptions

1. We strive to display accurate product descriptions and images
2. Products are sourced from third-party international suppliers — slight variations in color, size, or appearance may occur
3. BeeExpress is not the manufacturer of any product sold on the platform

8. Payments

1. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout
2. All transactions are processed securely
3. BeeExpress does not store your full payment card details
4. Cash on delivery (COD) is available in supported areas

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

1. Use the platform for any fraudulent or illegal purpose
2. Place fake or repeated orders with no intent to receive
3. Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt our platform
4. Resell products purchased on BeeExpress without authorization
5. Submit false reviews or misleading information

10. Intellectual Property

All content on BeeExpress — including logos, design, text, and images — is the property of BeeExpress and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

BeeExpress is not liable for:

1. Indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform
2. Delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party logistics or suppliers
3. Technical issues, downtime, or data loss beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Any disputes shall be resolved under Iraqi jurisdiction.
